Experience seamless workflow with clear testing processes, intuitive single-page mode, minimal maintenance requirements. Customize parameters, re-evaluate tests, and conduct quick tests effortlessly.
unified platform
Comprehensive spirometry & oximetry platform
SpiroReporter is a comprehensive software for spirometry diagnostics and reporting, compatible with SpiroSonic spirometers, ambient sensors, and fingertip pulse oximeters.
It seamlessly integrates patient databases from SpiroSonic SMART and SpiroSonic Android app, as well as other instances of SpiroReporter, providing a unified platform for data management.

Pediatric spirometry
Like a game with a breath controller
SpiroReporter introduces an exciting Incentive Engine that enhances spirometry results by introducing interactive games including racing and colorful adventures in virtual worlds. The software supports dual displays, with the main display providing essential information for the operator and a separate screen dedicated to displaying incentives for the patient.
Spiroreporter also includes predictions and EIB challenge test protocols for children – making pediatric spirometry as efficient as possible.
Roboust report customization
Reports tailored to your needs
SpiroReporter offers an extensive collection of built-in report templates, including maneuver-specific options. Users can further customize report headers to suit selected healthcare organizations.
With a powerful graphical report template editor, users have complete control over tailoring their reports to meet specific requirements.

Real-time accuracy control
Continuous BTPS correction
Automated BTPS correction with visual feedback on room ambient conditions. Stay up-to-date effortlessly with the SpiroSonic Weather Station, automatically updating temperature, humidity, and ambient pressure in SpiroReporter corrections.
In addition, the system features software based zero flow calibration, stabilizing Uscom Spirometer accuracy further.
Flow sensor accuracy can be tracking by a using friendly calibration flow-sequence protocol. SpiroReporter features comprehensive automation, making spirometry hassle-free and precise.
Keep an eye on each session
Full access to consecutive trials in PRE and POST sessions
The pre-bronchodilator and each step of the post-test consist of one session in the post-bronchial challenge tests, one to two sessions in the post-exercise induced bronchospasm (EIB) test, and up to thirteen sessions in the post-bronchial challenge test (BCT).
The best curve can be reviewed and modified, and any trial can be accepted or rejected during the PRE-session or any step of the POST-test.
(It’s important to note that the aforementioned changes can also have an effect on the interpretation of the test and may even alter it.)

Reference value comparison
Analyzing and comparing predictive charts
Understanding the rationale behind transitioning from traditional reference values to new ERS/ATS recommendations can be a complex task. However, a visual comparison of parameters predicted by both sets of values can facilitate selection and transition. Additionally, it is possible to vaíry specific input parameters, such as height and age, to observe changes in corresponding predicted values.
By examining the predicted values with relation to age, significant trends and variations across different age groups can be discerned. Gender differences can also be observed, with females generally exhibiting smaller parameter values compared to males. It can also be used to ensure proper implementation in the software.
The predictive chart provides insights into both the predicted values and lower limits of normal (LLN) values, and supports zooming, allowing for a more detailed examination of specific data points and trends.
Committed to standards
Full ATS 2019 compliance + HL7 CDA R2 v3 export
SpiroReporter features the latest American Thoracic Society standards in quality control, decision support system and automation. In addition to the standard ATS-2019 protocols, SpiroReporter provides an intuitive, easy to understand means of reporting results. Lower Limits of Normal (LLN), Z-
Score classification and Standard Deviation Classification System are implemented in the software as well as normal range pictograms and separate quality controls for children and adults.
Intuitive graphical incentives help children and patients with low compliance to focus, understand instructions and produce optimal respiratory maneuvres. The software automatically detects cough, short maneuvre and a range of other potential issues in patient compliance.
Global Lung Initiative (GLI) prediction is a standard that we have been supporting for over a decade in Uscom spirometry software solutions.
SpiroReporter can export diagnostic results in PDT, GDT and HL7 CDA R2 v3 (latest U.S. healthcare standard) formats for easy display and potential integration into Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
