Manufacturing
During manufacturing and packaging we pay extra attention to the cleanliness of our products. As a protective measure, only employees wearing protective masks and gloves come in direct contact with the devices and our spirometers undergo a final disinfection before shipping.
Repairs
we inform our partners that devices returned for maintenance or repairs are quarantined for 14 days to minimize the chance of further infections. Our colleagues will carry out the necessary repairs and replacements only after the prescribed disinfection procedure.
Due to the above mentioned reasons, we ask for your understanding for the increased repair times.
